Southeastern Architectural Systems started very humbly in 1985 out of a spare bedroom.The mission then still remains the mission we have now. To be the best national provider of construction products versus our peer group.
Initially, we were a material supplier of interior specialty construction materials focused on the drywall and acoustical contractors. Over the years, we have evolved to include exterior shapes such as columns and cornices,exterior rainscreens and accessories. Additionally, we have a division that provides for fabrication, project management, and installation of metal fabrications including parking deck claddings, roof screens, canopies, and numerous unique uses of metal designs.
Our Mission has always been to have fun, be honest, set the standard for innovation and be the hardest working force in our industry.
Construction will continue to change. Our desire is to always be researching solutions that improve our client experience. We identify our client as the architect, general contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer and owner. We will continue to be responsible to all of them. Our future will be dictated by making sure we have high quality employees dedicated to their job. SEAS will continue to direct the company toward cutting edge products needed for the construction industry.
Our work starts by engaging the architect at the design stage. We assist in providing detailing, product selection, specifications, samples, and budgets to name a few of the requirements. From there, we work with the general or subcontractor to take off, price and make cost saving suggestions based on our history of providing the products we sell. Finally, we project manage the construction stage from the submittals, through the punch list. We find this process leads to successful and efficient construction experiences.
