Tom is the owner of the company. He graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Tom takes care of the architectural requests for the SEAS product line. These services include technical assistance, budgeting and writing specifications. His 30 years in the industry allows him to apply experience to unique design issues as well as resolve job-site coordination. Tom spends his free time with his family and also enjoys reading great books and hunting
Mac Winget - President
Mac has been with the company since 2007. Mac graduated from Appalachian State in 2005 with a degree in History. After teaching high school for a few years and working as a metal fabricator, he joined the SEAS team where he was able to combine his passion for teaching and desire to build.
He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Megan, his daughter, Mary, and son, Wyatt. He is an active member of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church in Lake Wylie, SC. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with his family, bird hunting, and working on one of the endless projects on their farm in Clover, SC.
Drew is a 2011 graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelors degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship. He is working in Sales and Business Development. His focus is in cultivating relationships within the architectural and construction communities. Outside of the office, Drew enjoys getting outdoors, hunting and Tar Heel athletics.
Martin has been with the company since 2013. He works primarily with exterior metal solutions and oversees projects from concept design to closeout. Martin graduated from North Carolina State University in 2009 and previously worked in the environmental construction industry. In his free time, he enjoys shooting, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Jenni, and sons, Thornton & Wells.
Sam Winget - Operations Manager
Sam Winget graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Sam is a project manager at SEAS. He is also our in-field adviser handling issues related to custom metal fabrications, Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum, Glass Fiber Reinforced Fiberglass, and Acoustical ceiling systems.
Sam spends much of his time outside of work in his personal welding and fabrication shop. His main hobbies include mountain biking, off-road racing, and hunting. Sam is married to his beautiful wife Alexa and they have a happy little girl named Alaina.
Abby Chidester - Operations Billings Assistant
Abby graduated from UNCC in 2011 with a degree in English and Secondary Education. She and her husband, Thomas, have two children, Eleanor and Thomas. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and working on the family farm.
Austin Claytor – Material Sales
Austin graduated from Appalachian State University in 2009 and is responsible for promoting specialty materials sales within the contracting community. By providing a high level of service from design to installation, he will ensure you receive the best solution for your job.
In his spare time, Austin enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and their dog Banner.
Billy started in the construction industry in 1984 digging footers working up through the ranks. Billy graduated Daytona State College with an A.S. Degree. After 5 years in South Florida, a good friend suggested that Billy go work with a large general contractor, putting together a project in Spartanburg, South Carolina. That lead to another project in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he met his beautiful wife and best friend. Billy has been involved in the industry for 30 years, and now enjoys being a part of the SEAS team as their superintendent. When Billy is not in the office or on a job site, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
Eric Davis - Material Handling
Eric coordinates with job site project managers and foremen to ensure timely and expedited service. He has two associate degrees, one in automotive engineering technology and one in cyber security. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Kailey and two amazing kids, Morgan and Cameron. Their family likes going to the mountains or beach, fishing, and being outdoors with their two dogs Biscuit and Bella.
Cory Huneycutt – Project Manager
Cory is from Mt. Pleasant, North Carolina. He graduated from Western Carolina University in 2014 with a bachelors degree in Construction Management. Cory works for SEAS as a Project Manager, with previous experience in Sales, and as a Superintendent. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Christina and their dogs working around their farm.
Lynn graduated from Clemson University, where she earned her Masters in Civil Engineering. Lynn has been happily married since 1990. She and her husband, Chris, have three children and a dog. After being blessed to be a stay at home mom for a few years, she worked in the HR/Recruiting field for eleven years. At SEAS, she is responsible for general office management, customer service, and support for material sales. Chris and Lynn own a small store in York SC and she spends most of the time out of the office supporting that business or traveling to visit the kids.
Emily graduated from Purdue University in 2003 with a BS in Construction Management. After working for various General Contractors and Real Estate Developers, Emily joined the SEAS team in November 2018. Emily processes invoices and purchase orders supporting the accounting side of the business in a part-time position. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband.
Drew McClure - Project Manager
Drew is from Rock Hill, SC. He graduated from Clemson University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Prior to working for SEAS, Drew spent 5 years in healthcare consumables manufacturing and kitting, with responsibilities in design, procurement, manufacturing planning and team management. He enjoys spending time with friends and family in the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Marc Morris – Superintendent
Marc graduated from Appalachian State University in 2016. He started working at SEAS in 2017. When Marc is not on a jobsite, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Ashley Puckett - Operations Assistant
Ashley graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a BS in Interior Design and Merchandising. After working in various design firms and with JE Dunn Construction, Ashley joined the SEAS team in August 2015. Ashley handles the contract and installation accounting side of our business. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her little girl and husband on their farm.
Katy Ray - Pre-construction & Project Coordinator
Katy is a 2016 graduate from Appalachian State University. She works in assistant project management and handles all of the marketing duties. After a summer internship at SEAS, she officially joined the team in August 2016. When she is not in the office, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Patrick, and their two dogs, Boone and Abby, and spending time with her family and friends.
Gray Rochester - Project Manager
Gray is a 2017 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Science and Construction. He is working on the operations side of the business and primarily works on exterior metal products. His focus is in overseeing projects from the time of design through completion of construction activities. In Gray’s free time he enjoys getting outdoors, golfing, hunting and spending time with his dog Luke.
Charlie Wynne - Superindendent
Charlie graduated from Clemson University in 2010 with a degree in Forest Resource Management. He began his professional career as an environmental consultant, specializing in the pre-construction processes related to streams and wetlands. He then joined a GC, which led him to California, and the construction of Apple Campus 2. He then returned to the Southeast, where he worked on the construction of a 26 story high rise, which ultimately gave him the opportunity to find his home here at SEAS. When he is not at work, he enjoys being outdoors, his boat, and Clemson football.
