Tom Rochester - President

Tom started SEAS in 1985. His background is in civil engineering with a degree from Clemson University. His vision for the company is to always pursue getting better. Tom is responsible in making sure that the company represents the best products in their peer group. His responsibilities also include overseeing the general operations of the company. He dedicates time to business development through the architectural and contracting community. He is very much a first responder when dealing with the problems associated with the construction process. Finally, he is always making sure sure that the culture at SEAS stays enthusiastic and seeing that the best days are ahead of the company. 

In his free time, Tom enjoys shooting and spending time with his wife and three kids and his grandson. 

Sam Winget - Project Management

Sam Winget graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Sam is a project manager at SEAS. He is also our in-field adviser handling issues related to custom metal fabrications, Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum, Glass Fiber Reinforced Fiberglass, and Acoustical ceiling systems.

Sam spends much of his time outside of work in his personal welding and fabrication shop. His main hobbies include mountain biking, off-road racing, and hunting. Sam is married to his beautiful wife Alexa and they have a happy little girl named Alaina.

Mac Winget - Vice President

Mac serves as Vice President and works in sales and manages day to day operations of the company. 

He has been with the company since 2007. Mac graduated from Appalachian State in 2005 with a degree in History.

After teaching high school for a few years and working as a metal fabricator, he joined the SEAS team where he was able to combine his passion for teaching and desire to build.

He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Megan, his daughter, Mary, and son, Wyatt. He is an active member of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church in Lake Wylie, SC. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with his family, bird hunting, and working on one of the endless projects on their farm in Clover, SC. 

Drew Rochester - Sales/Project Management

Drew is a 2011 graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelors degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship. He is working in Sales and Business Development. His focus is in cultivating relationships within the architectural and construction communities. Outside of the office, Drew enjoys getting outdoors, hunting and Tar Heel athletics.

Martin Hovis - Project Management

Martin is a Project Manager with SEAS and has been with the company since 2013. He works primarily with exterior metal solutions and oversees projects from concept design to closeout. Martin graduated from North Carolina State University in 2009 and previously worked in the environmental construction industry. In his free time, he enjoys shooting, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Jenni, and son, Thornton.

Ashley Puckett - Operations Assistant

Ashley graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a BS in Interior Design and Merchandising.  After working in various design firms and with JE Dunn Construction, Ashley joined the SEAS team in August 2015. Ashley handles the contract and installation accounting side of our business. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her little girl and husband on their farm.

Billy Davis - Superintendent

Billy started in the construction industry in 1984 digging footers working up through the ranks. Billy graduated Daytona State College with an A.S. Degree. After 5 years in South Florida, a good friend suggested that Billy go work with a large general contractor, putting together a project in Spartanburg, South Carolina. That lead to another project in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he met his beautiful wife and best friend. Billy has been involved in the industry for 30 years, and now enjoys being a part of the SEAS team as their superintendent. When Billy is not in the office or on a job site, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.

Lynn Hybarger - Administrative Assistant & Accounting

Lynn graduated from Clemson University, where she earned her Masters in Civil Engineering. Lynn has been happily married since 1990, and she and her husband, Chris, have three children and two dogs. After being blessed to be a stay at home mom for a few years, she worked in the HR/Recruiting field for eleven years. At SEAS, she is responsible for general office management, customer service, and accounting functions for material sales. She loves to spend her time out of the office with her family watching her kids play baseball and soccer.

Katy Dean - Assistant Project Management/Marketing Manager

Katy is a 2016 graduate from Appalachian State University. She works in assistant project management and handles all of the marketing duties. After a summer internship at SEAS, she officially joined the team in August 2016. When she is not in the office, she enjoys the outdoors with her dog, Boone, and spending time with her family and friends.

Drew McClure - Project Management

Drew is from Rock Hill, SC. He graduated from Clemson University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Prior to working for SEAS, Drew spent 5 years in healthcare consumables manufacturing and kitting, with responsibilities in design, procurement, manufacturing planning and team management. He enjoys spending time with friends and family in the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
